Paint

Tue Apr 7, 2009, 8:43 AM
It can sometimes be more successful to allow the paint to find it's own place than to manipulate it to do the things it isn't naturally able to do. It is after all a very organic material capable of flowing, dragging, blocking, covering and many other things.

Thanks very much. It's great to have some positive feedback. :joy:

You have inspired me!!! Your works are absolutely amazing! May I ask how you achieve the textures in your oil paintings, (such as in "Transforming man")?
:iconmooreartist:
Thank you so much for your comment. I use various dilutions of paint and mix oil paint with water. Takes a fair bit of trial and error. :sun:

Great, thanks, I'll give that a try
